Do you have a flair for art and a passion for helping others? Were seeking an enthusiastic Volunteer to help bring joy and creative expression to an elderly resident in our aged care home at Bardon.
**What Youll Do:**
* Assist with organising and participating in art activities
* Guide and support a resident as they work on their projects
* Foster a warm and engaging atmosphere to encourage participation
**Why Volunteer?**
Art is a fantastic way to combat loneliness and bring joy to elderly residents. By volunteering just a few hours a month, youll help create a vibrant, supportive environment that enhances their well-being and sparks creativity.
**Program Details:**
* **Commitment:** Ideally about once a fortnight for approximately 1 hour per session, but definitely flexible to work in with your schedule and commitments.
* **Requirements:** Must be over 18, willing to undergo a National Criminal History Check (provided and paid for), and consistently available.
