Please note: To ensure we can support our clients effectively, we're only able to progress with Australian citizens who can obtain and maintain a Security Clearance.Operating HoursWe have full time opportunities available
Our operating hours are Monday to Friday between 7:00am and 7:30pm on a rotating roster with flexibility to support your out of work commitments.Skills & experience High attention to detail Excellent customer service skills Patience and empathy towards people in difficult situations A team player focus, working collaboratively to exceed expectations Clear communication skills to customers and stakeholders Punctual and reliable Experience adhering to KPI's Intermediate computer skills, ability to navigate multiple screens and a typing speed of 20WPM A willingness to complete a security clearance based on the Datacom account that you will be working on.
