**About you Role**
As a Team Assistant to the CTO, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient functioning of the IT office. You will be responsible for supporting the CTO and the IT team in organizing their activities, project coordination, external vendor management, collating status reports, and other related duties.
- Diary & Team Organisation: Support the CTO in all organization and administrative activities, ensuring meeting agendas are completed accurately and in a timely manner, increasing CTO and team efficiency, and following up on action items from all meetings. Ensure team meetings, both physical and virtual, are well organized and efficient, and develop a personal network with assistants and key people.
- Leadership Team Coordination: Ensure effective communication, meetings, material, and follow-up of the leadership team are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Correspondence & File Management: Ensure accurate and timely completion of expense reports, correspondence, and files.
- CTO & Company Image: Enhance the image and reputation of the CTO & Company through excellent presentation skills and engagement with internal & external contacts.
- Performance Management: Support the CTO in the administration & completion of objectives and performance reviews.
- Project Management: Coordinate projects for the CTO related to the delivery of outputs for IT.
**About You**
- A qualification in business administration or similar (desirable).
- 2-3+ years supporting a medium-sized business.
- Mastery of Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and other office programs.
- Good written communication skills, both technical and tone.
