Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled HR Systems Analyst to lead the implementation of our Oracle Cloud HCM solution.
This role will require advanced analytical thinking and technical proficiency in Oracle Cloud HR platforms, middleware integration, and APIs. As an expert in delivering user-focused solutions, you will make a meaningful impact in our organization.
Key Responsibilities
Stakeholder Communication:
Translate complex technical concepts into clear, customer-centric language.
Advanced Analytical Thinking:
Analyse complex initiatives and derive actionable insights.
Technical Proficiency:
Strong working knowledge of Oracle Cloud HR platforms, sound Middleware, and APIs.
Requirements Engineering:
Gather, analyse, and document business and system requirements.
Agile Delivery Expertise:
Proficient in Agile/SCRUM methodologies for iterative and collaborative project execution.
System Troubleshooting & Support:
Diagnose and resolve technical issues in enterprise HCM platforms.
