Our digital first strategy seeks to ensure we are able to offer our members more features and functionality in their day-to-day banking services.Your Role:The Training & LMS Specialist is responsible for the effective management and administration of the ELMO Learning Management System (LMS).
The role involves generating reports on training effectiveness, supporting content creation, and organising training events.
Effective communication with stakeholders and providing ongoing user support are essential.
This position requires technical proficiency, organisational skills, and strong communication abilities to enhance system functionality and promote a culture of learning within the organisation.In this role you will be expected but not limited to:Organise and deliver a regular program of training for AMBConfigure and maintain the ELMO Learning Management System to ensure system effectiveness and usabilityDevelop, maintain and allocate eLearning courses and learning pathsMonitor and ensure program completion compliance in line with business training policy and changing regulatory requirementsEfficiently use Excel to communicate accurate program completion, competency assessment and training effectiveness statistics in monthly and on request reportsSupport content creation for training modules in a variety of systems including the Microsoft suite, SharePoint and Articulate 360Plan and organise all aspects of in person and online training events methodically with an attention to detail, ensuring logistical details and multiple priorities are handled effectively.Communicate fluently in person and in writing with stakeholders and learning participantsAbout YouThe ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in administering Learning Management Systems, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and Articulate 360.
You will be responsible for analysing data, generating reports, and supporting training initiatives, with a focus on delivering effective learning solutions.The successful applicant will have a solid understanding of the banking and financial services sector, as well as adult learning principles.
