Be among the first 25 applicants three months agoDescriptionWe're looking for driven and committed VCE Chemistry tutors to join our passionate tutoring team at Contour Education.
Take the lead in helping students maximize their learning experience, build strong relationships, and make a real impact.As an Assistant Tutor, you will support student learning by acting as a secondary tutor during classes (most classes have two tutors), helping address student questions and clarify concepts while the primary tutor teaches.
You will also conduct 1-on-1 video consultations outside of class hours, which students can book at no extra cost, provide ongoing text-based support to answer student questions promptly after class, and proofread and review learning materials to ensure quality and accuracy.All additional support outside scheduled class hours is completely free for students, but you will be fully compensated for your time and effort
Multiple roles are available across our Victorian campuses: Point Cook, Narre Warren, Glen Waverley, Box Hill, and Melbourne CBD.
This role also offers a hybrid work-from-home component for proofreading, consultations, and text-based support.Who Are WeWe empower students and their studies by providing an ecosystem of highly effective tutoring, resources, and support.

The rate is $30/hour (plus Super) for 1-on-1 consults, proofreading, and text support, whether supporting students in class or working from home.
