**About the Position**

Home Care is a growing industry that provides care and support to the Older population who require some support with their daily living. Anglicare acknowledges our clients rights to live their best lives and our staff are dedicated to ensuring by the little things they do every day that this is possible.

You will bring joy to the lives of our Clients by providing personal care, assistance in accessing the community for social events, whilst forming long term relationships. The Social and Help At Home that you provide enhances their lives.

Our services range from inner
**Brisbane suburbs on the South side and Logan and surrounding areas.** We will provide you with clients that are within your own area, giving you the opportunity to work close to home. You let us know which area suits best to your location.

**Our Home Care workers provide services such as**:

- Personal grooming and hygiene; assistance with medication reminders and general self-care
- Transport assistance
- Assistance with domestic duties and general help around the home
- Shopping, menu planning and meal preparation

**About You**:

- Ideally you will have a Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, Home & Community Care or working towards one
- National Police Certificate
- Queensland Drivers Licence and your own, reliable vehicle
- Immunisation against Tetanus, Hepatitis A and/or Hepatitis B (desired)
- Full Covid vaccination evidence
