Customer Screening Analyst

As our Customer Screening Analyst reporting to the Customer Screening Manager, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of due diligence, vetting and screening actions in support of The Star's AML/CTF Program.

This is a fantastic opportunity where you will identify and classify potential AML/CTF related risk's.

**A few of your responsibilities**:

- As part of the screening process, effectively collate, analyse and evaluate information from a range of sources including commercial and open-source databases.
- Analyse and assess and escalate potential matches to risk relevant information
- Accurately update TrackVia and CMS, with revised risk ratings and concise summaries of due diligence findings. Compile in depth diligence reports as required.
- Document findings, maintain records and prepare reports on screening results in accordance with both the AML/CTF Program and the mandatory Standing Operating Procedures.

**What we are looking for**:

- At least 3 years' experience working in a customer screening, due diligence, intelligence, investigative or compliance related environment; and/or
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills. Proficient in Chinese characters/text will be favourably viewed.
- High level research, analytical critical thinking skills and the proven ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Comprehensive understanding of relevant statutory compliance and reporting requirements.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills and proficient in using analytical software and database record management systems.

**About you**:
You are a detail-oriented professional with a strong understanding of financial crime risk and compliance. Skilled in due diligence, vetting, and screening, you play a key role in supporting The Star's AML/CTF Program. With sharp investigative skills and sound judgment, you help ensure regulatory adherence and safeguard the business.
