Key Responsibilities

SwapClear Client Services & Middle Office
- Daily monitoring of member clearing activity; managing trade exceptions with members, clients and trade execution venues (SEFs).
- Managing the handover of the service from NY and the handover to London.
- Responding in a timely manner to queries from members and clients in Asia-Pacific region.
- Support the onboarding of new members and clients onto SwapClear.
- Provide support to members when testing the roll out of new products or services.
- Escalation point for issues with the SwapClear Production environments including communicating issues to members.
- Act as the single point of contact for member and client queries across all SwapClear activity.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with members and clients.

Treasury & Collateral Operations Analyst
- Operational management of A$ margin calls/pays are processed successfully through the RITS system and any issues escalated as required.
- Action all back office Collateral processing functions through Austraclear covering confirmations, settlement, payments and receipts for cash, investments, money market, swap and tri party or bilateral repos.
- Manage the cash payments and reconciliations function within the Treasury Operations department.
- To ensure member and PPS queries and incidents are kept to a minimum and resolved in a timely manner.
- Ensure that the department's security policy, controls and guidelines are adhered to at all times.
- Ensure that the department's business continuity policy, processes and guidelines are created, updated, implemented and maintained
- Maintain a good working relationship with PPS Banks, Concentration Banks, Custodians and members

**Skills**:

- Undergraduate degree or above ideally with a degree in finance or business related
- Experience within an Investment Bank or Financial Institution would be an advantage
- Strong analytical, numerical and problem solving skills, with good attention to detail;
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written;
- Able to work in fast pace team environment, manage workload and demonstrate working to deadlines;
- Advanced numerical competency (advanced Excel user) would be an advantage;
- Experience with using Murex and/or Calypso an advantage;
- Knowledge and understanding of Austraclear, RITS and SWIFT would be an advantage;
- Able to establish and maintain relationships at all levels both within and outside the organisation.
