**About the Role**

Our Café team are currently seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and motivated full-time Team Leader. This position requires someone who is passionate about our Club and will strive to deliver Exceptional Customer Service to our patrons.

Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day running of the _Cornerstone Café. _Your primary role will be supervising staff and ensuring they meet Bankstown Sports exceptional customer service standards at all times.

The role: *

We are looking for an individual who is able to lead the team and maintain the highest level of customer service. The role also requires a leader who is able to:

- Develop team members to deliver customer service excellence
- Manage the team and delegate tasks during peak trade periods
- Create a work environment that promotes teamwork, recognition, mutual respect and employee satisfaction
- Resolve member and guest complaints
- Supervision of assigned staff including; training, coaching and performance feedback
- Ensure a safe working environment
- Provide up to date information to our members and guests on all Club services
**Essential Criteria**:

- Must have RSA and RCG qualifications or willing to obtain
- Commitment to a 24-hour rotating roster across days, nights, weekends and public holidays
- Rights to work in Australia
