The Role |

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our Creative and Digital team at our Head Office in Alexandria, Sydney. As the Social Media and Content Creator, you will play a pivotal role in crafting and sharing compelling content tailored to resonate with our audience.
- Develop and produce engaging and innovative content across various digital and social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram (grid, stories, reels), eDMs, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, and our website.
- Bring our brand vision to life across all social media channels, ensuring consistent representation and communication of our brand identity.
- Collaborate closely with the Head of Styling and Brand Visuals to execute creative briefs and brainstorm new content ideas.
- Independently execute creative briefs and serve as a role model for creativity and brand presence within our retail spaces.
- Participate in regular meetings with the Creative and Digital Team to evaluate content performance, engagement metrics, and explore new concepts.

The Skillset |
- Previous experience in social media management and content creation preferred.
- Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their respective best practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proven ability to think creatively and generate new ideas.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
- Passion for fashion and retail is a plus.
