An exciting opportunity has become available for an _**Accounts Receivable Officer/Clerk **_to join the team on a part-time permanent basis. Working closely with the financial controller, you will play a pivotal role in all AR functions & processes.

**Key details;**
- Maintain/update aged debtors
- Identify overdue accounts and follow up
- Weekly debtor reconciliations
- Attending to customer enquiries & investigate issues
- Prepare invoices and process payments
- Manage Chep pallets, reconcile, returns and transfers
- Reconcile stock from off-site freezers
- Data entry of customer payments, balance & deposit
- General administrative tasks (filing, archiving, taking calls)

**Skills;**
- Min 2 years demonstrated experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills (written/verbal)
- Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to multi task & prioritize workload
- Availability to work Tuesday - Friday (25hrs)

**Salary**: $36.00 - $38.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Accounts receivable: 2 years (preferred)
