We are seeking a **Café All-Rounder** to work in our **CAFÉ 1983**, located very close to Richmond Station, Melbourne. With several years of experience, CAFÉ 1983 is a truly unique café, serving our handmade sandwiches, cakes, delicious food, and superior coffee Our food, Our service, and Our people are & will always be our heart and pride. **Responsibilities**
- Preparing café style menu selections and coffee-based beverages to a high standard.
- Providing quick, efficient, and polite service at all times.
- Serving customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Using the point-of-sale system and cash handling duties.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
- Keeping track of stock levels and ordering supplies as necessary.
- Ensuring compliance to workplace, health, and safety practices.

**Requirements**:

- Must have food preparation and coffee experience.
- Barista skills will be an added advantage.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Have a passion for great coffee, great food, and great service
- Ability to work well under pressure and multi-task.
- Have a positive 'can do' attitude and love working as part of a team.

**Schedule**:

- Monday to Friday [6am - 3pm]. This means, No night, No weekend shifts
