- General Food and Beverage Services
- Knowledge of the PIER Bar Menu
- Banquet Room Bussing and Cleaning
- Beverage, Coffee Cart and Bartending
- Opening & Closing
- Steps of Service
- In-Room Dining/Room Service
- Communication
- Working with Others
- Quality Assurance/Quality Improvement
