Your contribution
Using your understanding and experience in processing assessments, you will:

- foster a cooperative working environment to promote business goals and objectives and to build strong working relationships within the team and the organisation
- provide accurate and timely advice and education to scheme participants about QLeave's services and their obligations
- respond to complaints received from scheme participants and request additional information if required
- be on a rotating phone roster responding to customer enquiries seeking advice or providing information
- ensure adherence with policies, procedures and work instruction to deliver service in accordance with legislation
- support and commit to ethical behaviour and QLeave's corporate values
- any other tasks as directed from time to time by your supervisor

This position reports to the Supervisor, Eligibility.

QLeave appointments are merit-based and will be assessed by looking at what you have done previously, the knowledge, skills and experience you have built, your potential for development, and your personal qualities.

- detailed knowledge, or your ability to acquire the knowledge, of the schemes QLeave administers

There are no mandatory qualifications for this role.
