**About the Role**

The main role of our team members (we call them** Luchadores) **is to prepare **fresh, healthy & authentic **Mexican food and deliver it with a smile & great customer service. Our restaurants are fast-paced environments, so you need to be able to work quickly and efficiently.As part of the New Restaurant Opening process, you may be required to undergo training in a location close to the new location of the restaurant for training. We will keep you posted but how exciting you will get to work alongside some of our best in the Mad Mex Familia
