How will your ideas contribute to shaping what's next?

As our new Associate, Commercial Advisory, you'll work with a team of highly skilled specialists. You'll be a trusted partner to a diverse range of international clients and develop a deep understanding of their challenges to co-create innovative solutions that help shape the future. You'll drive digital integration and Information Management and effect a transformation in the way that services are delivered to our clients.

Here are the key things you'll do:

- Drive cost efficiency, automation and standardisation of workflows to ensure a scalable and sustainable service offering
- Incorporate international digital and information management frameworks (for e.g. UK BIM Frameworks, Digital Twin initiatives in Australia)
- Information Modelling, best practice information management and digital engineering
- Bring a strong digital delivery focus, initially able to come in and understand the current state of projects and workflow, going forward able to transform the delivery focus with a client centred approach
- Have a strong customer focus with a passion for developing future ready and digitally resilient businesses creating new revenue growth in programs and sustaining capital

We value that each of our team members brings something different to Aurecon. We look for people who have had a broad range of experiences throughout their career and can demonstrate how they have worked as part of a team to bring ideas to life.

Alongside your industry experience in similar management consulting, engineering consulting, or equivalent roles, you'll also have:

- A high understanding of digital engineering technologies and competencies (computational design asset and information modelling, visualisation, geospatial)
- Digitally savvy, self-motivated, a creative and future thinker with an ability to develop and drive strategy
- Able to manage integration on a large project or portfolio or program of work and demonstrate excellence in delivery and driving team success
- Proven ability to identify and implement ideas for continuous improvement in processes, productivity and delivery of work
- A proven track record of maintaining and improving operational discipline in large, complex, multi-discipline teams
