APM has secured new business with the Transition to Work contract and we are now seeking anyone interested in making a real difference to the lives of young people as a Youth Support Worker in our Batemans Bay** **office.

As a Youth Support Worker, you will be assessing the needs of the participants, identifying barriers to employment and providing solutions focussed approaches to support young people to achieve ongoing education and/or employment.

You're great at building relationships and working with key stakeholders to be able to maximise job opportunities for everyone. You will have a strong passion and drive to support young people prepare for and secure employment within the local community. - Eligibility to work in Australia
- A current driver's licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle
- Willing to complete a Criminal History Check
- Able to pass a Working with Children Check
- Ability to **work Part Time (3 days per week - 8:30am to 5:00pm)**
