WHO ARE WE?

Outpost Bar is opening soon in Broulee, and we're not your average coastal watering hole.

With a nod to the spirit of Ned Kelly, our space is dark, moody, and dripping in eclectic art, built for those who appreciate a little edge with their elegance. We're bringing together craft cocktails, local South Coast brews on tap, a killer Australian wine list, and share-style tapas made with fresh, local produce.

Small and intimate (30-40 seats), Outpost is the kind of place where strangers become mates, and every drink tells a story.

WHO YOU ARE:
You're warm, switched-on, and genuinely love creating a great experience for guests. You're confident carrying plates and pouring drinks, but you also know how to read a room, move with purpose, and make people feel welcome.

You're not afraid of a moody vibe or dim lighting — in fact, you thrive in it. Maybe you're a foodie, a wine lover, or just someone who loves working in tight-knit teams with personality.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

- Welcome and seat guests with warmth and confidence
- Take orders and serve food & drinks with style (and a bit of flair if you've got it)
- Share knowledge of the menu, cocktails, wine and beer — or be keen to learn
- Keep service smooth and energy high
- Be part of the crew building a new local favourite from the ground up
