What You'll Bring:

Experience running a busy section in a premium or hatted venue
Excellent wine knowledge and a proactive approach to service
Availability to work weekends and evenings
A collaborative, can-do attitude—Olympus is a team sport
Your Day-to-Day:
Run a section of up to 25 guests with confidence and warmth
Anticipate guest needs and create memorable moments
Collaborate with the floor team to ensure seamless, vibrant service
