We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Administrative Officer** **to join our high performing, engaged and supportive People and Culture (P&C) team.
This challenging and rewarding role encompasses a range of functions across P&C processes and systems, providing essential administrative and customer service support.
Success in this position requires a high level of attention to detail, flexibility, and effective time management skills, all of which are vital for delivering client services within the team.
**About the role**:
- Pivotal role in supporting P&C operations across various functions
- Requires flexibility to work across multiple functions with the team: operations, recruitment, learning and development and WHS
- Provide support to committee meetings by generating agendas and minutes.

- A base salary ranging from $60,315 per annum with competency-based increments up to $69,105 per annum, plus 11.5% super
- Flexibility in hours available
- Full time - 70 hour, 9 day fortnight; **or**:
