You would be required to execute the Marketing Communications strategy, including EDM, online and social content for B2B and B2C market segments. This role also is responsible for managing all e-commerce platforms to enable successful marketing campaigns to support business objectives.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Manage communications through Pardot and through socials for the various B2B business unit campaigns to support sales growth and customer engagement
- Manage the reporting of leads from all sources (ON24, online, events etc.) through to Salesforce, with weekly marketing lead data reports maintained.
- Maintenance of content and data integrity on B2B and B2C sites; online pricing, product details and rich content page updates
- Contributing to and developing marketing plans and strategies.

**Experience and Knowledge required to best perform in the role**:

- Extensive knowledge of Salesforce/Pardot for communications and lead management
- Understanding of campaign management through social platforms (FB, IG, LI) for B2B and B2C
- Knowledge of managing E-commerce platforms including Magento
