You will be joining a high-impact team tasked with building infrastructure and services that manage and scale our Kubernetes platform.Your future teamTo become a 100-year company, we need a world-class engineering organisation made up of empowered teams who have the tools and infrastructure to do the best work of their careers.As part of a unified R&D team, Engineering is prioritising key initiatives which support our customers in moving to cloud while simultaneously continuing to bring the most value to our customers through investments across our core product suite – including Jira, Confluence, Trello, and Bitbucket.We're looking for people who want to write the future and who believe that we can accomplish so much more together.ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will:Design, implement, and maintain Kubernetes clusters for multiple workloads, applications or services.Monitor and improve the performance of Kubernetes clusters to ensure high availability and scalability.Troubleshoot issues related to Kubernetes deployments, networking, and resource management.Implement best practices for security and compliance within Kubernetes environments.Automate routine tasks and processes.Participate in on-call rotations and provide support for incidents related to Kubernetes infrastructure.Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.Contribute to the continuous improvement of infrastructure-as-code practices and CI/CD pipelines.QualificationsYour background:5+ years experience building and developing infrastructure and systemsExperience with container and orchestration technologies, specifically Kubernetes, Docker or ContainerD.
(2+ years)Designing and delivering AWS cloud-native infrastructure solutions (3+ years).
