About the Role Join BOQ Group's Group Operations division as a Senior Analyst in Governance Reporting & Analytics.
In this pivotal role, you'll provide Governance & Data analytical support to Line 1 Risk for risk measures and metrics and play a key part in supporting governance for all Line 1 Divisional Risk Committees.
You'll coordinate agendas, forward planning, minute taking, paper management, action items, decision registers, and attendance lists for divisional risk committees.
You'll work closely with stakeholders across Line 1 and Line 2 risk teams, supporting/acting as the Secretariat face to various Divisional Risk Committees and engaging with BOQ Executive General Managers and General Management.
You'll also help establish and maintain Group RAS Cascaded and Divisional KRIs and develop dashboards in Power BI and the Group's Risk Compliance System (GRC).
Key responsibilities include: Orchestrating and delivering Divisional Risk Committee agendas and providing secretary support, including minute taking and maintaining decision registers.
Developing and maintaining Group/Divisional indicator dashboards in Power BI and/or GRC.
Leading risk culture initiatives and supporting the implementation of risk frameworks.
Supporting risk awareness training and standard operating procedures.
Championing BOQ Group values and upholding the Code of Conduct and relevant policies.

With experience in operational risk, compliance, or governance, ideally in financial services, you're comfortable navigating complex frameworks and bringing clarity to risk management processes.
You know your way around Power BI and data analytics, and you're passionate about using these skills to support better decision-making.
Communication is one of your strengths, whether you're writing reports, presenting to stakeholders or working with colleagues at all levels.
You're organised, proactive and able to juggle competing priorities without missing a beat.
