AGA has more than 30 years' experience in training people and placing them into employment, with a focus on apprenticeships and traineeships. AGA partners with the MAS National consortium to deliver Apprenticeship Network Provider services in Victoria.

**About the role**:
AGA together with our wonderful Hosts are pleased to offer this amazing traineeship opportunity for those seeking an entry-level position in the IT industry. Under expert guidance with your direct supervisors, assist with help-desk support, computer and equipment set up, troubleshooting and basic operations advice. Expand your current knowledge and gain real-life experience for this great opportunity.

This traineeship is a full-time role, Monday - Friday - working 38 hours a week.

Our organisation is focused on providing support and mentoring to the successful trainee as well as providing on the job training for 12 months. **The key responsibilities for this role include**:

- Provide technical support by researching and troubleshooting problems, maintain workstations and LAN performance.
- Expect to gain confidence in your customer service skills with face-to-face and on-line assistance.
- Develop your electronic and verbal communication, and inter-personal skills.
- Become adept in time management, priorities, and scheduling your workload.
- Become a skilled Information Technology administrator, anticipating the needs of, and assisting both internal and external client base.

**Requirements**:
The Trainee should meet the majority of the role selection criteria as follows:

- Competent ability to operate a computer
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrate the ability to organise and prioritise own work
- Respect for confidentiality and privacy of client information and files
- Must be an Australian citizen/ Permanent Resident
- A positive quick learning attitude
- Holds a driver's license
- Willing to attend accredited RTO/TAFE training

The position is located in **Modbury North DC, SA.**
