**About the job**

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Cyber Security Analyst to join our team. This position has a specific focus on the implementation of the CIS (Center for Internet Security) framework. improving employee cyber awareness, supporting OT (Operational Technology) and IT convergence through documenting OT assets.

Responsibilities will include a focus on the below;
- Enhancing Employee Cyber Awareness
- Documenting OT Assets
- CIS Framework Implementation
- Incident Response and Risk Mitigation

**About you**

To see you succeed in this role you will need;
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISMAZ-500) are a plus.
- Proven experience in cybersecurity analysis, with a focus on employee awareness, OT and IT systems, and framework implementation.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, best practices, and industry standards, including the CIS framework and Perdu model.
- Familiarity with operational technology (OT) environments, industrial control systems (ICS), and SCADA systems. As well as Windows and Azure environments
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex cybersecurity concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience in delivering cybersecurity awareness training and creating educational materials.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate security risks.
- Knowledge of incident response processes and incident handling best practices.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
