We're seeking an Engineering Delivery Lead who will play a pivotal role in driving the successful delivery of technical initiatives and continuous improvement across software engineering squads.Lead end-to-end software delivery, ensuring timely and high-quality execution through the software development lifecycle.Facilitate agile ceremonies and champion best practices to support effective planning and execution.Collaborate with Engineering Managers, Product Owners, and Project Managers to establish priorities and manage delivery plans.Maintain clear communication with stakeholders through structured updates and reporting tools (e.g., RAID logs).

Utilise modern tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps) to manage and track progress, ensuring teams meet goals.Coordinate and support the delivery process with strong organizational and facilitation skills to keep teams focused and aligned.Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing clear updates and ensuring alignmentFoster a culture of continuous learning, mentoring teams, and embedding an agile mindset to improve performance.Want to know more?
