**About Us**: T5 Football is dedicated to developing talented players and fostering a passion for the sport. We are currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Head Coach to lead our team to new heights.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement training programs that enhance player performance and team strategy.
- Conduct regular training sessions, practice drills, and conditioning exercises.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to players, fostering both individual and team growth.
- Analyze team performance and devise strategies for improvement.
- Collaborate with other coaching staff and management to ensure the overall success of the program.
- Manage game-day preparations, including strategy, line-ups, and in-game adjustments.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in coaching football at a competitive level.
- Experience as a player at a competitive level.
- Current Working with Children Check (WWCC).
- Own car and current NSW driver's license.
- Strong leadership, communication, and motivational skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift

Work Location: In person
