We are looking for dedicated Domestic Cleaner who may also have an interest & desire to be a Support Worker to join our caring and dynamic team and provide high quality in-home support services to our valued customers.

Across Australia Just Better Care provides in-home aged care and disability support services, supporting people to live independently. For over 15 years, we have been supporting older people, and people living with disability, to live independently in their own homes and stay connected to their local community.

Our friendly, compassionate and experienced team makes this possible.

**Duties and responsibilities include**:

- Domestic assistance: household cleaning, laundry and occasionally light meal preparation
- Social support, shopping/groceries, travelling to medical appointments
- Monitoring the well-being of customers and reporting on their progress
- Provide updates on customer progress following each service

**About you**:

- Caring, compassionate & friendly
- Good interpersonal skills & written/verbal communication skills
- Reliable & dependable
- Ability to build rapport & good working relationships
- Comfortable using technology (i.e. mobile app) for accessing rosters & recording customer notes/feedback

**What you will need**:

- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance / Criminal Record Check
- Proof of Vaccination (where relevant) i.e. COVID-19 vaccination certificate
- Current First Aid certificate/CPR
- Current Australian Drivers License
- Reliable, registered, and insured vehicle
- Smart phone with internet access
- Current Working with Children Check (preferred)
- Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Home & Community Care, Individual Support or Disability Services (preferred)
