**About the business**

The cheese celebration is a family-owned and operated business. We source the most fabulous cheeses and produce from around the world to sell direct to our customers here in the Rozelle. We also operate an online store where we deliver amazing cheese hampers and platters across Sydney. Cheese Celebration has been around more than three and half years with impeccable reputation and track records. We're currently the highest-rated cheese shop in Sydney. We have built a brand around exceptional products and services. We take care of our customers, team members and suppliers.

**About the role**

Day-to-day tasks that will be required by this role include:

- Deliver hampers and platters to customers across Sydney. We will be providing you with the delivery vehicle with fuel and tolls included. The hours of work can change depending on the demand of each day. Roughly 2 to 3 hours per day. You come to our Rozelle store to pick up the delivery vehicle and drop it off after you finish.
- Provide exceptional customer service while you're on the road or in store (and we mean exceptional).
- Helping out with shop opening or closing.
- Assist on monthly in person events.

In additional we will need you:

- Hold a current and full Australian driver's license with a good driving record.
- Focus on customer service and provide our customers with an awesome experiences. This means sometimes you need to go the extra mile
- Friendly, personable and great communication.
- Good time management and calm under pressure.
- Be flexible with the working hours.
- Be punctual, honest and reliable.
- Must be eligible to work in Australia.
- Relevant past customer service/food service experience.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
