The Role

What you'll be doing- Preparing weekly supplier payment runs and providing support to the Treasury function.- Generate bank payments for approval, providing support documentation and sending remittances to suppliers- Action supplier queries in relation to their accounts in a timely, efficient and professional manner.- Reconciliation of key supplier statements to Accounts Payable ledger- Action internal Accounts Payable queries in a timely manner- Contribute to development and enhancement of Accounts Payable processes- Ensuring internal controls and company policies related to the Accounts Payable function are adhered to- Other finance and administration functions as required.

What we are looking for- Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role.- High attention to detail to ensure accuracy at all times.- Exceptional communication (written and verbal) skills.- High volume ERP experience, ideally Dynamics 365.- Intermediate excel skills ideal.- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.- Proactive and takes the initiative to improve processes and documentation.- Efficient time management skills.
