Deliver an exceptional standard of customer care and create and develop long lasting relationships with clientele. Utilise your business and financial acumen to deliver results, supporting your team to achieve success.

**About You**
- Store Management experience in a high-performance store with small to medium teams.
- An inspiring leader passionate about instilling growth and development within your team.
- Rostering experience.
- Clientele & VIP experience maintaining customer relationships.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding KPI's.
- Decision making skills utilising financial reports, such as sales and stock reports.
- Experience in training, coaching and performance management.
- **Previous experience in skincare and beauty desirable, but not essential.
