Goterra is seeking a Product Process Operator to join our exciting and innovative scale-up in Wetherill Park, NSW. The role of a Production Process Operator is to work on the processing, preparation and packaging of insect by-products - frass and insect protein, while ensuring all quality control measures are adhered to.

**Responsibilities**:

- Production and processing of insect by-products in order to produce a high quality customer product
- Packing and shipping of the products and samples
- Adherence to daily tasks and procedures related to maintenance and hygiene
- Ensuring that accurate records are created, stored, managed, and secured as per company procedure, Feedsafe and other related requirements
- Data collection
- Troubleshooting and general maintenance of the processing equipment
- Ensuring that all work is carried out in accordance with quality control and safe work practice procedures
- Work collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary team
- Abiding by Goterra values and tenets
- Undertaking any other reasonable duties which fall within the remit of this role.

**Requirements**:

- QUALIFICATIONS:_
- Forklift licence (preferred but not required)
- EXPERIENCE:_
- Experience with process driven roles (preferred but not required)
- Feedsafe experience (preferred but not required)
