Da Bepi is a cicchetteria and late-night bistro inspired by the Italian food culture of founders Matthew and Anthony Lucato's hometown, San Marco di Resana. Named in tribute to their grandfather Nonno Bepi and the local bar he frequented, Da Bepi embraces the northern Italian tradition of cicchetti-seasonal small plates-alongside heartier dishes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create and serve classic and contemporary cocktails with an Italian twist
- Curate and serve a rotating selection of wines, with a focus on Italian varietals
- Provide warm, engaging, and knowledgeable service at the bar
- Maintain bar cleanliness and comply with hygiene, safety, and RSA standards
- Assist in developing seasonal cocktail menus alongside management
- Manage bar inventory and contribute to ordering and stock rotation
- Educate guests about wine and cocktail offerings with confidence and flair
- Work collaboratively with the front-of-house and kitchen teams

About You:

- Experience in a bar or cocktail-focused hospitality role
- Confident in cocktail making and wine service - Italian wine knowledge is a huge plus
- Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced, service-driven environment
- Familiar with RSA requirements and Melbourne's bar scene
- Enthusiastic, team-oriented, and adaptable to a new venue culture
- Open to training and contributing creatively to menus and service style
