We are currently seeking experienced Kitchen Hands at our Bethanie Peel (50-bed) Aged Care Home. We currently have a permanent part-time opportunity working 7:00am-1:30pm shifts on the following roster patten:

- Week 1: Monday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday
- Week 2: Wednesday and Thursday

**About the Role**:

- Ensuring responsible work practices of food preparation, kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Ensuring required ingredients are available daily.
- Assisting is preparation, apportioning and serving of meals.
- Maintaining all utensils, equipment, work benches and general surrounds in a clean and safe condition
- Collecting and washing pots, pans, crockery, and cutlery

**About You**:

- Possess a passion for, and previous experience working as a Kitchen Hand ideally in an aged care, hospital, or similar environment.
- Have a "can do" attitude and a genuine compassion for our residents.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Current NDIS Clearance or willingness to receive one
- Willingness to receive COVID & Flu vaccinations
- Valid Working Rights
