**Description**:
The 3IC is an experienced Senior Educator who works in consultation with the Centre Director and the Assistant Director in supporting the day-to-day operations and successful running of the Centre. The 3IC provides additional support and leadership under the direction of the Centre Director and Assistant Director in the development of high-quality education and care, and actively mentors and develops the broader team.

**Skills and Experiences**:
**Essential Qualifications/Experience/Skills**:

- Diploma in Children's Services or equivalent, or Early Childhood Teaching qualification
- Current Senior First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma certificates
- State relevant Working with Children Check, Blue Card, or Safety Screening
- Current Child Protection Training
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised with proven experience juggling a wide range of demands and priorities, and managing time effectively.

Desirable
- Previous experience in a similar or Lead Educator role
- Knowledge and experience with Qikkids and Educa (or similar equivalent platforms)
- Intermediate-level experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
