We're seeking an Assistant Store Manager / Supervisor with leadership experience, ready to grow and build a long-term career with Supercheap Auto store.

Responsibilities
Assist the Store Manager to help the store reach its full sales potential, operate smoothly, and create a positive, engaging work environment.
Lead by example, delivering exceptional customer service and fostering a high-performing team.
Oversee day-to-day retail operations, including merchandising, stock control, loss prevention, and performance reporting.
Support safety and compliance with WHS programs to maintain a safe work environment.
Qualifications & Skills
Retail management or leadership experience with the ability to motivate, inspire, and develop a passionate team.
Willingness to learn all aspects of automotive retail; customers bring the Super, you'll deliver the Auto.
Operational know-how in visual merchandising, stock control, loss prevention, and performance reporting.
Commitment to safety and compliance with WHS standards.
Mechanical experience is a bonus but not required.
