The Lower Hume Mental Health Partnership is implementing a new primary mental health service that will support people of all ages across Mitchell and Murrindindi Shires. The Lower Hume Mental Health service will operate in four key locations including:

- Yea and District Memorial Hospital
- Alexandra District Health
- Seymour Health
- Kilmore Hospital

We are excited to provide an opportunity for a fixed term mental health clinician to work across the program with a particular focus on providing support to residential aged care services. This is a full time position to June 2025, however we are willing to accept part time applicants who can job share to create a full time role.
