About the OrganisationThis community-based not-for-profit organisation supports remote Aboriginal communities across Western Australia.

Guided by strong values and a focus on cultural respect, the organisation works closely with residents to ensure services are responsive, sustainable, and impactful.The RoleThis is a community-based placement requiring you to live and work within a remote Aboriginal community.
As a Thrive Case Officer, you will play a vital role in supporting public housing tenants in the following ways:Provide tenancy advice, case management and education to residentsConduct home assessments and develop care plans tailored to familiesSupport clients with rental deductions, arrears management and property maintenance reportingBuild strong relationships with residents, community members and stakeholdersContribute to service improvement initiatives and program developmentMonitor and report on case progress against program KPIs to ensure the highest level of service is maintained.Support clients in practical ways, including property cleaning and garden maintenance, if needed.This role requires someone who can balance professional case management with cultural sensitivity and hands-on support.About YouStrong communication and interpersonal skills.Case management experience (preferred).
