About You You are a dedicated and compassionate individual with a strong interest in physiotherapy and patient care.
You bring practical skills, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment.Qualified or willing to undertake a Certificate III in Allied Health Assistance (or equivalent), with a strong understanding of safe manual handling and basic life support principles.Physically capable and reliable, with the ability to support patients with disabilities or acute conditions under the guidance of a physiotherapist.Excellent observation and communication skills, able to identify changes in patient condition, respond appropriately, and clearly document care provided.Self-motivated and team-oriented, with the initiative to carry out routine tasks, manage workload independently, and uphold patient confidentiality and care standards.
