**ABOUT THE ROLE**

This role is a **Permanent position based on a 40-hour work week with your choice of a 4-day week or 9-day fortnight roster**. DIDO from our Boddington Bauxite Mine, is located a short drive from the community of Boddington (10 minutes), Pinjarra (50 minutes) and the City of Mandurah (1 hour).

As the** Specialist Work Management Planner**, you will be responsible for coordinating and communicating integrated work plans to enable safe, efficient maintenance activities across a dynamic operational area.

**Other key responsibilities include, but aren't limited to**:

- Ensuring schedules align with operational & production plans
- Leading resource planning & scheduling meetings
- Collaborating across teams to ensure accuracy & compliance
- Supporting data quality & continuous improvement initiatives

**ABOUT YOU**

You will have experience and demonstrate capability in the following:

- Confident planning across complex operational environments
- Strong communication & collaboration across diverse teams
- Navigating and improving digital planning tools & processes

**Qualifications for this position are**:

- Mechanical Fitter (fixed plant preferred) or similar trade qualification
