What You'll Be Doing
Win new business: Expand your client portfolio through strategic outreach and relationship development.
End-to-end recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening to interviewing, negotiating, and onboarding of professionals across multidisciplinary sector.
Premium experience: Deliver outstanding service to both clients and candidates, ensuring a smooth and professional recruitment journey.
Trusted advisor: Build long-term, value-driven relationships with our customers and becoming a go-to partner for workforce solutions.
Sourcing strategies: Leverage diverse sourcing channels including job boards, LinkedIn, industry events, and professional networks to connect with top talent.
Industry insights: Stay up to date on workforce trends, skill shortages, and project developments to provide informed, strategic guidance.
Safety and excellence: Champion safe work practices and uphold high standards of service delivery across diverse environments.
What You Bring
A strong background in sales, business development, or client management.
A natural ability to build rapport and foster lasting relationships.
Fast learner with a solid understanding (or willingness to learn) of recruitment knowledge and best practices.
Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Tech-savvy with experience using CRM or recruitment platforms.
Unrestricted driver's licence and willingness to travel across your region.
