**About the role**

You will:

- Assists residents to meet their needs as defined by them.
- Participates in the provision of resident focused, holistic care under the supervision of Nurses.
- Undertake the delivery of quality care
- Supports the leadership team in the effective and efficient management of the designated facility.
- Contributes to quality healthcare through personal and professional development.

**Skills and experience**

You will have:

- Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent
- Successful attainment of HLTHPS006 - Assist clients with medication and HLTFSE001- Follow Basic Food Safety Practices.
- The ability to provide direct consumer care that meets the individual needs
- Well-developed verbal and written skills

**How to apply**
