- Provide an exceptional customer experience to each and every customer.

- Be confident working with KPIS and individual targets.
- Need to be open to feedback and have a willingness to develop and grow your skillset and knowledge.
- Be Self-motivated and driven with the desire to succeed and grow.
- Go above and beyond for your team at all times.
- Looking for a senior casual who is looking for growth and development to take on future leadership roles. (20 to 25 hours a week)

**Skills required**:

- Previous experience in customer service.
- Confident in conversating and building rapport with customers.
- Have demonstrated the ability to meet and exceed KPIS and individual targets.
- A strong desire to challenge yourself to succeed & grow.
