**The Company**

Maintenance Fitter Join our client, who are a global, market leading aluminium packaging manufacturer for all major players in the beverage industry. This is an excellent opportunity to join a truly world class organisation, who are committed to providing a safe and supportive working environment for all team members.

**The position requirements include, but are not limited to**:

- Troubleshooting, preventative & breakdown maintenance tasks
- Operating and setting high speed production machinery
- Capital project works, fabrication tasks & identifying opportunities for improvement
- Strictly following all SOP's and required safety procedures

**Training is provided, but to be considered for this role you will ideally possess the following**:

- A trade qualification as a Mechanical Fitter
- Proven experience in an industrial printing, or similar high speed manufacturing environment
- A solid understanding of GMP and 5S manufacturing principles
- A team player mentality with a positive, self motivated and proactive attitude
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) with a high attention to detail
- Flexibility to work extra hours and perform ad hoc duties as required

**Hours & rates**

Rotating shift roster: Day shift (6am-6pm), Night shift (6pm-6am)

$50 per hour + 20% loading + double time overtime + super
