Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Bowling Alley Manager located in Sydney, NSW. The Bowling Alley Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, manage staff schedules, maintain equipment, and ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests. Duties also include handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, overseeing inventory, and implementing promotional activities to drive business growth.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily bowling alley operations and guest experience
Ensure excellent customer service and address guest inquiries promptly
Manage staff schedules and supervise front-line team members
Maintain equipment and ensure a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment
Resolve customer issues and escalate when necessary
oversee inventory management and supplies
Plan and implement promotional activities to drive business growth
Qualifications
Leadership and team management skills
Customer service and conflict resolution skills
Operational management and multitasking skills
Marketing and promotional skills
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Experience in the Bowling, entertainment or hospitality industry is a plus
RSA, Food Safety certification and Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred
