Competitive salary $150K + Super.What We're Looking For6+ years of Java development (Java 8 or above) experience in the Australian market.Strong experience in Spring Framework, Hibernate, SQL, and NoSQL databases.SaaS or insurance industry experience essential.Excellent communication and people skills – you'll be mentoring juniors and collaborating with clients and other external stakeholders.Someone who is intelligent, proactive, and up-to-date with modern Java practices.Must be an Australian Citizen or PR.This is not a consultancy or contractor role – we're looking for a long-term team member to grow with the company.
