About the Role
- Support our Centre Director on day-to-day operations
- Create positive, professional, and genuine relationships with team members, children, and their families
- Leverage your experience to develop and deliver high standards of educational programs
- Seek perspectives, actively listen, and take on board feedback that further develops ideas or resolves concerns
- Demonstrate that you are warm, compassionate, and gentle with your communication and have strong time management, organisational, written, and verbal skills
- Focus on quality improvement and supporting teams to understand and follow Green Leaves policies and procedures
- Display high levels of initiative and motivation whilst being proactive and flexible with a mature approach

**Qualifications**:

- Current ACECQA-approved Diploma or Bachelor qualification
- Current Working with Children's Check
- Current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR and First Aid Certificates
- Current Child Protection Training
- Previous Assistant Director experience (preferred, not essential)

Located on Newton Road, Green Leaves Early Learning Newton is a single-storey centre that has been custom-designed to meet the evolving learning needs of children six weeks to six years of age.

As you enter our beautiful centre, you'll find our state-of-the-art chef's kitchen and culinary lesson space, as well as our parent lounge where families can catch up with each other or our educators over fresh barista coffee and a baked treat.

Each of our learning hubs is bright and inviting, filled with rich, warm timber resources and innovative educational materials. Each hub leads out to a wonderful outdoor space, where children can enjoy countless hours of fun on the bike track, in the cubby house or caring for our edible gardens.
