A Day in the Life
As a RETAIL STORE MANAGER, your responsibilities include:
Leading, coaching, and training a team of up to 20 members.
Driving company values within your team.
Maintaining store presentation according to visual merchandising standards.
Managing stock levels in collaboration with the Stock Allocator.
Preparing and monitoring store rosters, sales reports, and compliance.
About You
Ideal candidates will have:
Leadership experience, leading by example and empowering teams.
Customer-focused mindset and retail experience, though attitude is valued over experience.
