We currently have an exciting opportunity for someone to join Australia's leading supplier of cement products as a Plant Operations Leader for our Clyde and Glebe sites. Within this role you will manage the plants/terminals operations to receive, store, blend and dispatch cement to our customers within a safe operating environment as well as manage terminal maintenance

**About the role**:
In this role you will:

- Manage planned operational task as per planned maintenance schedule within Budget constraints
- Oversee the terminal operations to receive, store, blend and dispatch cement within a safe operating environment.
- Contractor management
- Manage planned operational tasks as per planned maintenance schedule
- Plan and coordinate resources to identify and control risk and hazards
- Manage the unloading operations (rail, road & ship) within regulatory constraints and reporting requirements
- Maintain and build local relationships both internal and External
- Plan and coordinate resources to identify and control risk and hazards. Ensure good housekeeping and environmental consideration is maintained
- Make sure day to day work responsibilities and targets care completed accordingly
- Promote good SHEQ behaviours and challenge non-compliance.

**About you**:

- Experienced trade person (5+ years), preferably in manufacturing industry
- Experience within leadership role
- Maintenance planning knowledge
- Good customer service skills
- Strong organisational skills
- SAP is preferable
- Forklift licence
